Robert Cairl Trueblood, 56, of Fairmont is faced with control of pornographic product on a ongoing work computer, which carries an optimum penalty of 5 years in jail and a $5,000 fine.
Based on the grievance:
On March 7, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension received a tip through the ongoing company Chatstep. Based on business representatives, a person recognized as “PervyPastor” accessed a talk space through the solution and uploaded a photographic image identified to be in keeping with youngster pornography. Chatstep offered information regarding the user’s internet protocol address, and suggested the event happened on March 7, at about 4:14 p.m.
The Bureau received information from Frontier Communications in response to a subpoena that suggested the internet protocol address had been assigned to a customer defined as St. James Lutheran Church and class in Northrop.
The representative accessed the web site when it comes to school and church and positioned the employees directory. Because of the title used by the reported user as “PervyPastor,” the representative identified Reverend Robert C. Trueblood once the school’s superintendent. The representative noted that most other staff contained females.
The Bureau received information from Chatstep that indicated the identified individual of “PervyPastor” had accessed the talk space at issue at different times on March 6-7, and used the formerly reported ip on both times. Chatstep officials additionally offered historic information from Nov. 4, 2016, through April 19, 2017, for use of their website through the reported internet protocol address.
